Эссе "Книги в моей жизни"

My name is Ekaterina. I have recently read the trilogy of books «The Hunger Games». May be you say «Oh God! She’s going to retell all the contents of the books. It’s boring!» But I’d like to tell you how this trilogy has changed my life.

First of all, I can say that the plot of the stories awakes my interest to the history of ancient time. I have read many books about Greece and Rome. My mum says I have become an expert because every evening she listens to my stories about Theseus, plebs and so on. Moreover, I have got only excellent marks in History of ancient times.

In addition to, I have joined to the group in social media where I can chat with many boys and girls who enjoy «The Hunger Games» like me. It’s great! I have much pleasure when we discuss the books and their characters.

In conclusion I’d like to say that books play a great role in our lives. Of course, many people say so, but my advantage is I pronounce these words with my eyes open.
