Конкурсная работа (эссе)

Post crossing has changed my life. Firstly, it is my favorite hobby now. Secondly, it makes me a good pupil in my English classes.

I have recently hated English classes. It was so difficult to learn English. I had bad marks. My mum scolded me. I did not understand why I had to learn English. But my teacher always told me I had the gift of tongues. It made me smile.

Once upon a time, my friend told me about post crossing. Everybody can send or receive postcards from different places of the world. I began to send postcards to my relatives and friends and they sent them to me. I liked it very much. After a little while, I tried to send a postcard to a boy from Great Britain. My teacher helped me to write a postcard. I was happy when I received the postcard from Great Britain! Now I have got three.

To read the messages on the postcards I should learn English. English have become a very important thing in my life. Though I haven’t got many excellent marks in my English classes, I try to do my best.

I have received a postcard in German. I said “Oh, my God!”  because German is so difficult!
